He determined that the blower motor was worn out, and after seeing it I fully agree it needed to be replaced. He didn’t take long and tonight my heater is working just as it should. We have used Smart Air for years and they have never let us down. Pete came out this last time (2.18.22) he called to say he would be earlier than our scheduled appointment time- which was great . He was professional and so knowledgeable about all the services we’d need. We had put off the inevitable for as long as possible and needed to get our a/c unit replaced. Some how talking to Pete about the new unit and it’s capabilities, the warranties etc. made the decision to purchase a new unit less painful.
