I had called a big name company here in town, they did a repair that lasted less than a week, called them back and they... mentioned I would have to pay additional labor, etc. My neighbor recommended Desert Star, so i gave them a call. The manager gave me a couple of options and of course I chose the more inexpensive option since I had already paid a previous company for a repair that was NOT refunded, I mentioned my concerns so they had mentioned that if this repair did not work I would be able to credit it towards a new system.....which I did after calling them back a month after their repair.

Called for service and was rejected by another company in Tucson, they were "too busy" to come help. 2-10 then assigned me another company, Desert Star Air Conditioning & Plumbing, and I'm so glad they did.
