When our air conditioner went out this summer with a house full of guests, a friend referred us to Trademark Tek. The dispatcher was very friendly, understood our urgent need, and she was able to get us scheduled for same day service. Justin arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and had our a/c back up and running much more quickly than I expected, and without breaking the bank! I highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of National Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. One of their technicians, Jeff, has done most of my routine maintenance and is always professional, very knowledgeable, personable and usually arrives early! He recently installed a new motor in my Heat pump and did a great job. This was during a period of 100 degree weather. He identified the trouble, ordered the motor, and arranged delivery during the time he was working on the unit the next day. I had not expected to find relief from the heat so quickly. Thanks, Jeff! I have had National Heating and Air Conditioning technicians out to my home in Ashland, OR twice this summer. First to do an initial inspection and service on my air conditioner.
