In regards to the recent installation of the new furnace and air conditioning unit that Hallmark installed in our home. We wanted to say thank you. Not only are we thanking you for making our home cool and comfortable in the summer, but we know it will be warm and comfortable in the cold Upstate winters to which we are accustomed. I observed your workmanship from start to finish, and I was nothing short of completely impressed. Both you and Tom took the time to answer my questions as well as be completely professional every step of the way. What could of been a very long, trying experience for me, turned out to be a wonderful adventure. When Sheldon arrived home and was looking things over, he also was more then satisfied. We both work with "customers" and we understand how demanding it can be. We also know how hard it is to find people who do good work, are pleasant to work with and get the job done right. You and Tom are to be commended for covering all aspects of the job, from start to finish as well as everything in between. I promise you we will be spreading your name as far and wide as we can. Several years ago when I needed furnace cleaning and servicing and didn't know who to turn to I was a single mom at the time and I used someone out of the yellow pages that "looked" like they had a reliable history. They cleaned my furnace and then led me to believe I needed a new furnace if not right away within a year or two. He tried to sell me a $10,000 heating unit, I couldn't afford it so he cleaned it and left me with fears that it could harm my family. I've used Aaztec Heating since our business discovered them 15 years ago. When you work on homes pre-1940 you need a company familiar with boilers and able to convert radiator systems to infloor heat. John and his guys have always done a great job for us. It doesn't matter if its remove a radiator so we can sand a floor or boiler replacement. They've always been very competitive. Air-it installed a garage heater mid-winter at our new home. They were very price competitive and performed good work. Before the bid, they took the time to discuss exactly what we wanted, and what was needed to provide the best outcome. They provided timely updates on when they could perform the work, right down to expected arrival time. They came prepared and accomplished the installation in a very cold garage and colder outside environment in what seemed to us a short window of time. After the installation, there was a good walkdown and tutorial on operation of the new unit. The clean up was great, with nothing left for us to tidy up.

I called Air-it for an estimate to replace my aging furnace. I needed a quick response as the existing furnace was having issues. Jason got back to me quickly and was out to look over the situation. This was not going to be a straightforward replacement due to very limited space and existing access issues. Super responsive! Our furnace was leaking, called that morning and they were out at 3pm. Needed to order a part and was back the next day and final repair completed within 24 hours. The entire process is how it should happen but sadly with others we have used does not!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
