The dispatcher was very friendly, understood our urgent need, and she was able to get us scheduled for same day service. Justin arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and had our a/c back up and running much more quickly than I expected, and without breaking the bank! I highly recommend them!

One of their technicians, Jeff, has done most of my routine maintenance and is always professional, very knowledgeable, personable and usually arrives early! He recently installed a new motor in my Heat pump and did a great job. This was during a period of 100 degree weather. I have had National Heating and Air Conditioning technicians out to my home in Ashland, OR twice this summer. First to do an initial inspection and service on my air conditioner.
