I've had McGee Refrigeration doing my early service for a couple years now. This was the year that was to eventually come. They replaced my HVAC system. The estimator came out at a time that was convenient and thoroughly looked over the system, the quote was in my inbox the following morning, well detailed, easy to understand with line itemed costs as for no confusion. Talked to Kaila as I had a question regarding an issue that I knew about from years earlier. She quickly found the service call (5 years ago) and sent Troy out the following morning to look at the issue. Bid was revised to include the ducting issue (single bedroom) and sent for me to approve. Troy returned the following week to do the install as arranged. He was on time all three days, friendly, professional and left the house as he found it. He allowed me to look in at my schedule. Took the time to look at each and every room until I was satisfied, even returned later that day when I called with a concern. Turned out to be a drainage line that he took care of, on the spot. I have been extremely happy with all the interactions I've had with every member of McGee Refrigeration's team. I will continue to have them service my HVAC system and will not hesitate to call them again next time, although that should not occur for a very long time. Thank you McGee Refrigeration!!!!

I've always had a great experience with McGee Refrigeration and today was no exception! Two years ago one of my AC units had to be replaced and the home warranty sent out another company. It took over six weeks for the new unit to be installed. Last year, the compressor went out on that unit twice! This time though, I went with McGee instead of the insurance because I have such good work from McGee. So when the compressor went out AGAIN two weeks ago, I called McGee. They were able to get the manufacturer to replace the unit and I only had to pay the labor and some minor parts. So Thankful for the professionalism and the care that McGee provides to their customers! Now I can relax in this triple digit heat because the house is once again cool as a cumcumer! THANK YOU MCGEE---You are the best!!! :-)

I am a manger for a 3 story townhome/condo building in Pasadena and the HOA hired A&J Duct cleaning to clean their rooftop gutters and downspouts. Unfortunately for A&J, the property's restrictive water supple caused some issues and prevented the crew from cleaning and they had to stop and return on multiple days. The crew did not let this frustrate them when I would have understood it if it had and they remained professional during each of the 3 trips they had to make to the property. Patriot did a great job servicing my central air unit for my family when we were in urgent need, right at the start of warm weather when we realized it was not working as intended. They were there within 24 hours for us and made a quick repair that got things back to normal quickly.
