Danny arrived 30 minutes later and stayed until about 10pm because he was so committed to fixing the unit, on a Saturday night in extreme July heat. Hyde's A/C, and Thor, our technician, were beyond wonderful. We had an air conditioning failure on a weekend; our regular service company couldn't come out for 3 days; Hyde's came thru for us on a Sunday, and we will now be a regular customer. PB mechanical is by far the best HVAC I have worked with. The owner, Steve did an inspection of my equipment, cleaned who knows how much dust and dirt out of my HVAC unit on my roof and ordered new filters for my house since I didn’t have the right one. He and his staff are courteous, respectful, and timely. They are always looking to educate and utilize what is present and cost effective for you, rather than trying to sell new equipment unless it is absolutely necessary.
