Zach was awesome! We were notified via text and email letting us know that Zach was on his way. A few minutes later, we received a phone call from Zach to let us know when he would arrive. He arrived on time, asked the correct questions, and then asked if he could take a look at the breaker box. Very polite and friendly! He was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue with the 220v plug, then promptly replace it. He also explained what the probable cause was as well. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Definitely recommend Zach from Dilling Services!
