On 10/26/16 David F. performed the fall service on my heating system and I was very pleased with the quality and quantity of his work and his demeanor. This is the first time he has serviced my system. He had previously checked for a noise, found a broken motor bracket and installed a replacement. Another time he installed an additional duct and changed two existing boots. I was equally pleased with him at those times. He is a very good representative of your company.

It was 5:30 a.m. and we woke up to our house temperature at a bone chilling 48°. Within 24 hours my furnace was replaced with a Trane high efficiency furnace. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly cleaned the work area after the installation.

Matt & Brad we're very professional when installing my 3-ton AC unit and coil. I own a home in Danville and some rentals in Lexington. David has been my go to guy for about a decade now. Totally professional, super nice guy, and none of that "we'll set up an appointment for next week while you bake/freeze nonsense". The best part though is his pricing. Very fair and honest. So much so that one he drove from his house to Lexington based on a complaint from a tenant. He spent 1/2 hour only to tell me that the unit was fine and the tenant needed to close the garage door when the outside temp gets above 90. He only wanted like $60 for the service which was basically his gas money at the time. I had to give a little extra to be able to sleep that night.

After calling at least 5 local HVAC professionals in the area, Sterling genuinely outperformed my expectations on price, quality of work and speed. Paul, Tim, Jordan and Mike worked diligently to listen to my needs, my budget, and my expectations. I went with the Bosch unit and it must be the most quiet, yet powerful system I have ever witnessed. I got several estimates and really did my homework. I'm in a new subdivision, Rock Springs, and checking out the ducting in my basement I noticed a portion of the return duct missing. Contacted Prudential this morning around 10am and a service tech was at my home at 1:30pm and took care of the return duct and performed a detailed inspection of the complete system. The reviews here are good, so was somewhat expecting good service, but this prompt and professional service I enjoyed exceeded my expectations, and that on a free warranty call.

My wife and I are so very pleased with our new furnace and air. Great experience starting with salesman, thru duct cleaning, and finally installation. Extremely professional from start to finish. MY last HVAC was Lennox, and it lasted 25 years, and I have no reason not to believe this unit will not exceed my expectations. My first electric bill was half of what it was last year and the atmosphere in the house has a very noticeable difference. We love it. I would go out of my way to recommend Prudential and their very fine quality Lennox products and service.

Prudential installed the original HVAC in my home 21 years ago. Each spring and fall they have arrived to check proper functioning. Each time an emergency occurred (not many) they were right there to help. The new installation was to replace an aging unit and gain efficiency.
