Under his leadership, the company expanded its representation to include IAC, Twin-City Fans, and Loren Cook Co., supplying fans, registers, grilles, diffusers, and VAV boxes for notable projects like the Empire State Plaza. In 1970, Donald Ferguson Sr. purchased the company from Foote and moved it to a larger building.
