I have been with this company since they were just starting to service the Vidalia area many years ago. I have several rental properties that they also service. Premier HVAC has always been very responsive to any issues regarding the units and the technicians are extremely knowledgeable in their field. The owner, Nathan, is one of the finest men I’ve ever met and I think it shows with the caliber of men who work for him. Yes, over the years I’ve had a few problems with the units but they sent someone immediately to assess the problem and fix it and they have always been reasonable regarding cost. I’ve never had anything but good experiences with Premier and I highly recommend you give them a chance!

My AC went down after a power outage/surge. I called and the tech was out at my house within 45 min of calling for 1st time service on a Saturday! This was great response time!
