I was having problems with my AC unit and they were able to come diagnose the problem the same day. Gavin was my technician, he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me while explaining what the problem was with my air conditioning unit. He helped me make an educated guess to what my air conditioner needed, and I didn’t feel pressured into making a large purchase on the spot. The ladies I spoke with in the office to complete my scheduling were knowledgeable and nice as well. I was fortunate to be able to get the new unit installed the same day. When our air went out on the hottest day of the year (120 deg) Gavin was here in a half hour even though it was a Sunday night at 7pm. He gave us different options to either fix our unit, replace the a/c, or replace the whole unit including the heater without any pressure on our decision. We opted to replace everything since our unit was 25 yrs old and he gave us a fair price and was able to schedule the installation for the next day. The installation team was here at 8am and knocked out the job in only 3 1/2 hrs.Everyone was very kind and personable. Excellent Technician we resolve the problem immediately and he went over some options for a new air conditioner that we plan to put in our budget in the next few months. he had quick responses when he assess and looked at everything and looked at my air conditioner, and I explained to him we recently had an AC company come out.
