There are so many wonderful things I want to say about Michael Griffiths. I have had the pleasure of having my AC unit fixed by him for many years. No matter what the problem is, it always got fixed, but one story I would share… "one afternoon after coming home from work in the hot summer and I walked in, and my AC was blowing hot air. I called Michael and explained…. how hot the house was, and I asked how early the following day could he make it. His response was" I don't want your daughter to sleep in that heat tonight so I am on my way". Definitely NOT the “Get it right guys”. We had a new heating / ac system installed by Nevada Heating and when the power goes out the system shuts down and has to be restarted by them or me (I am 76 years old) by climbing into the attic to restart it. They have sent techs out here at least 4 times to fix the problem and charge us every time. I don’t know of any other company who would keep charging you for their inability to fix their own product defects and their employees inability to correct the problem. They definitely have not “gotten it right” or treated us right.
