I cannot sing praise’s loud enough for Maximum Heating & Air ! They have been taking care of our Ac & Heating needs for almost 22 years. Hard to believe they have put up with me that long. Maximum recently installed a New, York AC & Heating system. We absolutely love these units. Our electric & gas bill went down. Plus heating a two story house can be tricky, the down stairs always stayed colder. Not anymore this York Heat system they suggested is incredible, we get even heat throughout the whole house, & downstairs is know longer the Arctic. Thank You Maximum for the exceptional service, & customer care your company provides. It’s peace of mind especially for Senior s when we spend money for products & service from a company that’s reliable, honest & truly cares.

We are new to the area called a local company due to our Air conditioning not working. They told us what was wrong and what the cost be . I advised them that I was going to be calling other companies for prices. I called 4 other companies and finally called maximum heating and air. They came out that same day advised me what was wrong which was the same issue the other company had told me. Their repair cost was actually almost $500 cheaper than the other companies. I authorized the repairs and they ordered The parts. They came out today and had my unit up and running within two hours I would highly recommend maximum Heating and Air. Richard, owner/operator of Blocker Heating and Cooling, did an excellent job of planning and installing 3 A/C units, radiant in floor heat and 2 tankless water heaters in our new home. All work great and he has been quick to respond if we had questions and even showed up after dark on a weekend when we had a small issue that ended up being our fault. Wonderful service and value from Blocker Heating & Cooling! If you have HVAC needs, they are the company to use! Our upstairs A/C unit has struggled for several years and this summer it finally gave out. Richard from Blocker came out within 24 hours for a visit/consultation. He examined our current setup, answered my questions with clarity and precision, made a recommendation and provided a quote on the spot. The price was better than other quotes we had gotten and we agreed to move forward. Next morning, his crew arrived and had the old unit ripped out, and the whole new unit installed, up and running in less than 4 hours. The install crew was polite and professional, and did a great job working around the chaos of our family/kids/dog. I give them my strongest recommendation for any HVAC work needed in the Nashville area.

I've rarely had such a good experience with a service company as what I experienced today with Blocker Heating. Their tech Chase came to my house and was able to properly diagnose a problem that was mishandled by two other HVAC companies in town. Chase repaired the coils on my air handler (the coils were accidentally damaged by the first person I tried to hire) which saved me a bunch of money by not having to replace the coils. Chase also refilled my system with the necessary refrigerant that was leaked out in during the accident, and replaced a faulty condensate pump. He was on time and friendly and explained everything as he went. I really could not be more impressed or grateful for the help I got today. Thanks Chase!

They installed a split unit for our new mother-in-law suite and choose Blocker because of the outstanding past service. They didn't disappoint! Came home on a hot Friday afternoon and found our A/C not working. Selected Aloha because of the reviews on Google, and I'm glad I did. I called and a service tech was out at the house within 2 hours. Fixed the unit, cleaned the unit, gassed the unit, made me aware of our situation and our options (along with the prices). I declined, he smiled and shook my hand, and only asked that we call them back if we ever needed their services again. And you can bet that is exactly what I will do.
