WF Smith is excellent - they have done a fair bit of heating and air conditioning work for us (including replacing a system) and they are responsive, do good work, and their prices are fair. We highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of W.F. Smith for over 20 years. They installed my first heating/a.c. system over 20 years ago. Recently, after all of this time, I realized I needed a new system. I have had a contract with them every year to service my unit twice per year. The gentleman that comes to my home every year is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He listens to all of my concerns and answers me very honestly. However, it was time to get a new system. With the winter coming in, I didn't want a problem in the dead of the winter and have no heat. The new heater/a.c. unit was installed on October 1st. The installers came early in the morning and worked so well together. The whole area was spotless when they finished. From Dave Smith, to maintenance, installers and staff I am so pleased. I would never consider using another company for any of my heating or air conditioning needs. They are the best.

I highly recommend W.F. Smith. We had several HVAC providers in to analyze our needs and provide proposals. W.F. Smith was the only one who truly listened to our issues and came up with the right solution for our needs. They were on-time, thorough and professional. We are extremely pleased with the new system they installed for us. It has kept us comfortable through the winter's cold and this summer's heatwaves while lowering our utility bills. I'd say W.F. Smith is best in the Philadelphia area for HVAC services.

Travis and his team are simply the best in the business. When we had a problem with our AC they gave several things to try to fix it over the phone versus them coming and charging us. Ultimately those things did not work so we scheduled them to come out. Travis was prompt, professional and communicated the entire time about what he was doing. I highly recommend All American.

Richard and I are very pleased with this company! I am not one to write the really GOOD reviews, but I have to say that Travis started us out by showing up quickly and was friendly and very Professional. Like many homeowners, I think we just “hit the buttons” and expect things to work like usual. But this time it didn’t go that way. We noticed the temperature in the house was getting higher and higher. When Travis came he went through the entire system with us, explained every thing to us and answered all of our questions.

I called Restano at about 5:00 in the afternoon with a problem with my furnace. Someone was at my house within an hour. Turns out my furnace had reached the end of its useful life and I needed a new one. Restano had people there at 8 the next morning to install it. They even lent me electric space heaters to keep my house from freezing. A+

We've called Scientific A/C twice, once because we had no hot water and once because our A/C stopped working. Both times Joseph came the same day and fixed the problem. He also installed a different type of filter. Now the house is less dusty and the filter is easier for us to change. Thank you.

Since converting from oil heat to a heat pump we're spending less on heating costs.

Another company installed a new heat pump and then came out 3 times because our electric bills were $500 a month. They told us that's normal. I called Scientific A/C and Joe quickly diagnosed the problem as a wiring mistake and fixed it. Now it works as it should.
