The service tech arrived when he said he would and carefully ran a diagnostic to determine where my problem was located. He determined that the blower motor was worn out, and after seeing it I fully agree it needed to be replaced. He didn’t take long and tonight my heater is working just as it should. And he emailed the receipt to me as soon as our transaction was complete. Very personable and polite.

Have enlisted their services twice in last two years for two different properties. Techs are knowledgeable, efficient and explain issues thoroughly to resolve problems. This year, opted to call them directly outside of a home warranty on an investment property (due to long delays of 4-7 days in scheduling with two other companies) after a great experience last summer, and they were available within a few hours. Would’ve saved money but the repair was urgent with summer heat. Very affordable and will continue to use them should future needs arise!

I called and asked for maintenance of my AC unit. They responded same day and set up the appointment for 2 days later. They gave me a 2 hour window and showed up right on time, after calling and giving me a 20 minute heads up they were on their way. Timely, thorough and quality work. They checked all my air handlers in the attic and both AC units outside. The tech explained everything that was found and fixed to my wife, and in a way she could understand (which she appreciated greatly!).
