I was a little worried about the cooling ability of an 11 year old mini split in my art studio. I did not purchases it from Hamstra. I called Hamstra because they have been my HVAC company for the last 10 years. Mid july, hot and and humid, I had no idea they would be able to send a service man over in 2 days, Sunday morning. Turns out everything was fine, Jeff checked out the entire system and gave me good advice about the most efficient way to use the mini split for the erratic times that I spend in the studio in the summer. I had no problem paying the service call fee for peace of mind.

Called when my heating stopped working. Was surprised to receive a text almost immediately after getting off the phone that that techs were on their way. The technicians (Cody Waite and a new person I can’t remember his name but he was great too) were friendly, professional and informative. They got everything up and running again in a matter of hours, even though they had to get parts and rebuilt multiple factors of the furnace. It was an added bonus that they have a military discount.
