I was so impressed with Right The Frist Time. We live in a townhome complex and the owner was converting the cooling from swamp coolers to A/C on three units. I knew it would be an extensive process and would take time. I expected to be overwhelmed and stressed while the work was being completed, but the crew did an amazing job! They were respectful of my home and my two cats, and they cleaned up after themselves so well that I wouldn't have even known they were here! Phil Lancaster has high expectations of the men who work for him and both Teague and Collin exceed those expectations. I had a fully operational A/C in under 48 hours and there was no clean up that I had to do! Teague took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat and how to change the filter and then showed my fiance so I wouldn't have to. I was a little worried about the cooling ability of an 11 year old mini split in my art studio. I did not purchases it from Hamstra. I called Hamstra because they have been my HVAC company for the last 10 years. Mid july, hot and and humid, I had no idea they would be able to send a service man over in 2 days, Sunday morning. Turns out everything was fine, Jeff checked out the entire system and gave me good advice about the most efficient way to use the mini split for the erratic times that I spend in the studio in the summer. I had no problem paying the service call fee for peace of mind.

Choice was the 2nd company we called.....Next time they will be the FIRST! The first company we called said they checked everything and just added freon, said to call if the problem of no cool air happened again. When Choice came they found that everything hadn't been checked, for if they had, they would have told us about the badly corroded coils!

BEST IN THE AREA!!! Brandon came out to evaluate my 17 year old HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I scheduled an install and it only took them a day and I was up and running with a brand new system and a tankless water heater!
