My furnace stopped running properly at 11pm on a night when the temperature was going down below zero and expected to go several degrees lower. I called Bower as they had put my furnace in. A young man named Chris came within a 1/2 hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and was done within 15 minutes. The one thing that was MOST notable, he was so very, very sick with a cold but he did not complain. He was courteous and polite.

I reached out to Dailey & Sons Heating & Cooling when my home's AC stopped working. I initially thought it was a blown fuse, but it turned out that one of the kids had accidentally flipped the emergency switch, and none of us had noticed it. Even though the technician mentioned that he wouldn't be able to come out until Monday, he went above and beyond to assist me over the phone. He asked me several questions to better understand the situation and immediately identified that our switch was turned off. He kindly instructed me to make sure the switch was on, saving us from enduring the sweltering heat. What impressed me the most was his genuine kindness and willingness to help. Despite already knowing the issue, he didn't withhold that information just to make a quick buck. He genuinely cared about resolving our problem. Just an absolute great guy.
