My A/C unit was not working during a heatwave. I called all of the other major HVA/C companies in the area and Calloway & Sons was the only one able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. Upon arrival, the Technician, Ryan, was quick to diagnose the issue and provide a fix. Our A/C was up and running in no time. Ryan explained everything he was doing in detail, gave me maintenance pointers, and provided a thorough explanation of the bill.

We had an AC drain pan in the attic that was filling with condensate and overflowing. It wasn't an emergency, but I wanted it fixed before it became one. A technician came the next morning, well before the scheduled time and fixed the issue within an hour. He recommended we have the outside unit cleaned and he was 100% correct. Guss was able to come out the same day we called for help! Our heating system would not come on and Guss immediately knew the remedy.He said our control panel had gone bad. He picked up the part came back to install it and discovered another problem from the original installer of the system that the gas valve was not sealed also. That meant he had to go back to the store to purchase a gas valve (he tried unsuccessfully to work with what was already there) and reinstall it so there was a seal to make the system heat the home more efficiently. It really worked! We used to run the heat on 78 degrees! Now, we can hardly stand it at 75! Guss is professional, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I recommend him!
