I reached out to Dailey & Sons Heating & Cooling when my home's AC stopped working. I initially thought it was a blown fuse, but it turned out that one of the kids had accidentally flipped the emergency switch, and none of us had noticed it. Even though the technician mentioned that he wouldn't be able to come out until Monday, he went above and beyond to assist me over the phone. He asked me several questions to better understand the situation and immediately identified that our switch was turned off. He kindly instructed me to make sure the switch was on, saving us from enduring the sweltering heat. What impressed me the most was his genuine kindness and willingness to help. Contacted Benchmark Heating & Air conditioning for HVAC maintenance. Technician, Eric and another gentleman arrived at my residence promptly; assessed my thermostat, internal duct vents, outside HVAC unit; checked for freon and system leaks, etc. The entire process took approximately one hour. Was thoroughly impressed with the technician's HVAC expertise regarding my current unit; the wealth of knowledge about thermostat settings and controls, as well as the quality of the parts to purchase for my HVAC unit was very informative.
