Reed Wright and his brother operated the company to start with. The company transitioned from coal and sawdust to oil then to gas heat in the 50s. The company also started an electrical division back in the late 50s or early 60s. As electrical contractors the company also did some of the Seattle center wiring for the worlds fair. The company slowly backed off of electrical and focused on heating and air conditioning. Today the company installs and services boilers (hot water and steam heat) and forced air heating and cooling systems. Tim Smith and Bryan Wilson took over the company in 1986 after working for Mr Wright for several years.
