My air conditioner went out at my house during heat wave, I called around and all company's were at least 2 weeks out, 1 appointment didn't show up after a 2 week prior appointment. I called Williams heating and cooling and talked to Chris, he got me an appt within 2 days only because the next day was the 4th of July. He sent a tech out named Thomas, this gentleman not only was very professional he explained everything he was doing to me, My ac went out again due to a wire ing issue on my part,, I called chris again at 8pm and he not only answered, he assured me not to worry they will fix it. he sent a tech (thomas) out that next morning at 8am, not only was Thomas on time he stayed for 3 hrs and went under my crawl space and fixed my wires at no charge. this gentleman was not only dedicated to my system until it was totally fixed, but didn't even charge me again. I'm a 56 year old and dealt with business my whole life and was very fortunate to have Thomas come over again. My unit is running again and Thomas and chris (the owner) went way far and beyond to repair my unit. I'm a very pleased customer. I can't say enough about how well they treated and took care of me. This is the company you need to call as customer service and employee services were outstanding. 5 stars is not enough, I give 10.

We had General Heating come to give an estimate for furnace replacement. They answered all my questions. Upon request they provided all the required documentation to obtain strata approval. Their price was better than other quotes too. These guys worked very efficiently as a team and made sure we were happy. They showed up on time and were finished on the same day. They registered the furnace for us with the manufacturer and provided direction on how to receive Fortis rebates. They also booked an appointment for the City inspector to check their work. City inspector passed the work. Within a week, estimate to strata approval to installation, the job was done. We now have a new high efficiency furnace. It's quiet and we are warm. Good work guys. I am comfortable to recommend General Heating to my friends and neighbors.

My house didn't have AC until Spokane Comfort installed a "mini-split" ductless heat pump in late March 2024. I've waited to review the project until the temperature rose. This heat dome that we are under is record breaking hot BUT I am cool in my house. The system's performance is wonderful. The indoor heads are quiet -- one is above my bed -- and easy to program. And the entire process, from answering my initial questions to cost quote to installation to final turn on, was efficient, clean, timely. Wow, a product that delivers by a company that performs! I booked an appointment for regular furnace maintenance, my furnace progressively ran louder over the course of about a month. I got booked, I think, the same week and the woman in the phone was great. For the appointment, the tech offered to come early and was able to coordinate perfectly with my schedule. He and his tools were clean, he even wore disposal booties over his shoes, he was very professional and candid/factual about his evaluation and applied no pressure to book an appointment to perform an eventually necessary repair, but left me with a quote and a general timeline to know what I’d be getting myself into. He gave me things to look out for and advice on how to keep everything well maintained. All in all, I feel better equipped to be a home owner and won’t call anyone else for help with my furnace
