I was in need of a new HVAC system and duct work. I called a few different places and was told a few different things with prices all over the place. Scott worked up an estimate pretty quickly and once I have the go ahead they were ready as soon as I was. They replaced everything within a day’s time and everything looks and works great. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process and the service provided.

Their technicians are well trained and thorough.I specifically want to recognize Dexter Smith. Dexter has been our service tech for years now. He checks our indoor and outdoor units for proper performance. He also gives the outdoor coils a thorough cleaning, which is key to making the thermal exchange optimal. 24 hour turn around from inquiry to install. Called four different companies in the area and Sweat beat the next lowest bidder's price by $100 and used American made parts. Ward Sweat answered my phone call at 9pm at night and was extremely helpful and willing to come look at my AC unit the very next morning (my AC situation did not warrant immediate that night looking at). I had called another AC repair man to come out before calling Home advisor and finding Ward, and this guy told me what HE THOUGHT was wrong and gave me a quote for an astronomical amount of money!! I just had a feeling that as a female, I was possibly being taken advantage of, so I decided to investigate matters myself. A friend recommended I check Home Advisor, and I did, they sent me to Ward Sweat! I will FOREVER BE GRATEFUL!!!! Ward, Robert and John were AMAZING!!! Ward came to my home the next day and spent 3 hours investigating what could be wrong with my AC unit other than what this other person told me it was...and WARD FOUND THE PROBLEM!!! It WASN'T what that man told me it was!!! The fix, however, was about the same, BUT Ward informed me that my AC unit was under warranty (when the other guy told me my warranty had expired) so the parts were free and I just had to pay Ward and his guys for their labor!! Most people told me, when I called around to the local AC companies that it would take anyone that knew what they were doing 3-3.5 hours to complete my job! Wards guys, Robert and John were here for 1.5 hours and completed the job!! Ward came by and checked on them while they were here, inspected their work, checked to make sure I was happy with everything and went on to his next job, I assume. Robert and John were absolutely the most professional and sweet young men. They were very clean and neat. They cleaned up everything and took ALL of their trash with them when they left. They did not dispose, not even a paper towel in my garbage can. I was so impressed with this business!! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and I will use them at my commercial properties in the future as well!! I highly recommend anyone with AC issues call WARD and anyone with an AC unit in their home, needs to call him and have him just come out and meet him and just say hello!! This man is True and honest and not out to take anyone's money!!! Very refreshing in today's world!!!

I got the Batey Brothers number from my Son and called them. Having never before talked to us, Mr. Jeremy Batey promptly answered his phone asking how he could help us. He took his time talking to me and my husband. He was busy late that evening at a job site but said he could come out the next morning at 8 am Sunday. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. Came home on a muggy hot Saturday afternoon to a non-working upstairs unit. Travis Batey immediately answered my call and quickly set me up for a service visit on a Sunday. Jeremy Batey was here first thing Sunday morning and after about 45 min had us back in cool air. Even set me up on a maintenance plan to keep this from happening again hopefully. Previous condo owner did business with Mobile Air so we've continued with the company and we are very happy with their service.
