Jimmy was absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with my furnace and Jimmy was able to come over the same day. Jimmy looked at my unit and determined that I accidentally had 1 of my 2 safeties switched off. Other contractors came by the same day and did not even take the time to look at the unit and simply wanted to give me a quote to replace the unit. When the time comes to replace the unit, I will 100% be using Jimmy to do this work, as I know he is honest and looking to do what is best for me.

Our building has been using Panda's services for yeras because they are the best. I have dealt with about 6 HVAC companies in the past year because of problems with my CAC. Panda replaced my entire HVAC unit. They offered the best quote, the best quality of work, the most accurate advice, the exact unit I chose. They did extra work like replacing the floor in my machine room, removing and reinstalling the boiler, which other companies refused. Marek rerouted my gas pipes, installed a pump and redesigned the arrangements in my boiler room. Really, it would take 2 pages to describe how much better they are than the competition. No one, absolutely no one has the skills Marek has. Most of the others are hacks and thieves.

Best HVAC Company...I should know as I call many of them; all others tried to push whatever unit have available by their suppliers but I stick to my choice and Panda order whatever I wanted...I had Trane xl16i, I wanted the same unit and Panda ordered for me. Installation was a breeze; Mark is very thorough checking everything and he’s even asked me to comeback after a while to check on the system if it’s function at it’s peak.Highly recommended!

We had a difficult to diagnose electrical issue which caused power outages in half of the house intermittently. HWS diagnosed it and worked with us to quickly schedule and execute the repair when the frequency of the outages became a real problem. The repair was done professionally and seems to have fixed the problem. We have had HWS install min-split units and repair plumbing problems in the past and had great results for those events. We had hot water pouring through our ceiling. It was a Sunday--emergency! These guys went out of the way to get to our home. Within 10 minutes they had diagnosed the problem, located the broken pipe above the ceiling, and were busy fixing the problem. The whole job took less than an hour, and they also bled our hot water pipes to the baseboards, which had air in them and had been making a lot of noise at night. Great guys. Great communication.
