On every level, from office staff to installers, this company consists of professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and dedicated employees. Service was expedient with marked concern for my comfort while suffering loss of AC during a 90 plus degree week. Big shout out to Austin who was in the attic for 5 hours on one of the hottest days of the week and Jack, his fellow installer, who did an amazing job replacing the outdoor AC unit in the blazing sun. I’m a long-time Kendal Air customer, and now that Ken has left the business I was forced to quickly locate a new HVAC company on a 92-degree weekend day to service my system. How fortunate it was that I located Charlotte Heating, and learned that many of Ken’s former employees have migrated to this company! Mark arrived within an hour of my call and had my system up and running in just a matter of minutes, all for a very reasonable price! We have had a long relationship with CWJ Heating & Air since moving into Northern Durham in the early 1990s. They have always called to schedule appointments with us; arrived at appointments on time while calling to let us know they're coming; covered their feet with booties to keep your house floors clean; and acted in a courteous and professional manner. All of this on top of performing excellent work. We have a biannual maintenance agreement with them to keep our heater/air conditioning in tip-top shape. We have purchased a new system from them and have had them service it since.

Amazing response! Woke up to a home that lost its heat on a Saturday night. Air Heat Raleigh answered my phone call just past 7am, was at my home before 9am, and we had heat before 10am on a cold Nov morning with two small children in the home. If that wasn't enough, he serviced my system and the price is UNBEATABLE for an emergency call on a weekend. I was truly blown away. What a blessing for our area to have someone like this.
