Had a furnace go out at a rental house during a cold snap. My usual "go-to" repair company didn't even bother to return my phone calls over the course of a 3-day period. This company called me back, scheduled the repair for the next day, fixed the problem immediately, and charged a fair price. They have a new customer now. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service. Our air conditioner broke down on a Friday night (of course). Foothills had a repair man out early Saturday morning. He diagnosed our 22-yr old system as beyond saving. Soto arrived the same day I called to assess the HVAC problem in the main living areas of our condo. The technicians identified the problem, ordered a part and returned exactly when they said they would, to repair the system at a reasonable cost. In the mean time, they got the system temporarily up and running so we would be comfortable.

What homeowners need to know about Soto HVAC is how trustworthy and professional their employees are. As an 80-year-old Greenville resident I trusted a friend's recommendation and had Jason and Chico analyze my frozen heat pump system on 22 August. I expected bad news, but they quickly assessed the problem as a poorly maintained vent system, which had clogged with dust, causing the pump itself to freeze even in the summer heat. They let it thaw, and carefully checked every aspect of the system, added some freon, the air flow, which returned to normal, and assured that our 2,000 square foot home was cool again and would stay comfortable until they return to check on us next spring. My family couldn't be happier, and the cost was a mere $50.00 for the diagnostic visit. I am telling all my neighbors and friends about Soto HVAC.
