He made sure that the fix done was affordable and was going to last until we get the new units next year. We are definitely calling them to do the installation of our new AC equipment when the time comes.

My A/C unit was not working during a heatwave. I called all of the other major HVA/C companies in the area and Calloway & Sons was the only one able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. We had an AC drain pan in the attic that was filling with condensate and overflowing. It wasn't an emergency, but I wanted it fixed before it became one.
