We were pleasantly surprised at our electric bill for this summer, which we all know was brutal, a real test for the system. We are anxiously waiting the cooler weather to see how this unit will help us with our gas bills.

Andy was quick to respond coming out the same day to diagnose and fix my aging AC unit. Was very reasonably priced. He even fixed my dripping hose bib for me and that was not part of my original service call. Honest hard working plumber. I recommend highly.

Deleted my previous 5 star review. andys does not return calls, now uses some kind of horrible outsourced third party answering service. Awful. Literally will not call me back ever. Also, the thermocouple they installed two years ago just went bad. Avoid.

We called about a blocked kitchen drain at 9:00 pm. The next morning, Andy's Plumbing was at my house. Andy and his partner were very polite and thorough. They estimated that the job would take 30 minutes and it was right on time. They charged a fair price for the service, and I would recommend them to anyone. Great work, and great people!

Recommended through a friend. Awoke to a leak on a Sunday morning. My experience is short, but sweet & sincere. Called Andy ,and got a returned call promptly, from Andy. I highly recommend Forsburg Furnace. Joe drove to meet me through blizzard conditions to discuss a heat pump system for our house. He worked with me to design a great system that we could afford. And his crew came on the exact day and time they said they would, finished the job on time, and did an expert installation. The system is quiet and works really well.

The team from Forsburg Furnace replaced our old oil boiler with a propane-fired boiler in about 6 hrs, and removed our remaining oil and tank to donate to someone in need. What a blessing! Our old furnace was emitting carbon dioxide outside our home (thanks to the exhaust system) and had to be replaced immediately. Forsburg came almost immediately, switched the system to our heat pump, and replaced the furnace within three days. They were very friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased with our new Carrier furnace and easy to use thermostat.

Called them for estimate on replacing existing central air. Dennis came out on a Wednesday morning, had an estimate before end of day, and my central air was replace that following Monday morning! Dennis and his crew were very efficient, everything installed and cleaned up after install. (you would have never known they were there.) They even took care of turning in the warranty information! The unit has been running for several weeks and it is absolutely great. Cools the house very well and the unit is so quiet it's hard to tell it's running. Very satisfied with price, service and install. Highly recommend!

My furnace went out and needed to be replaced last week. I had called another local company to come give me an estimate for either repairing replacing my furnace and the experience was less than stellar. I called High Tech to give me a second opinion and the tech that came out was great! We discussed exact issues and what it would take to fix and we both agreed replacing was the best option. After a quick phone call to the main office we scheduled a new furnace to be installed in a couple days and for a couple thousand dollars LESS than the local competitors. The guys that came to replace my furnace were in and out within a couple hours and now my family is sitting in a comfortable 70 degrees again! Thank you guys for the timeliness and for being up-front and not trying to sell a new unit to me before even looking into the issues. I would highly recommend calling High Tech for your heating and air conditioning needs. I'll definitely be calling them when I update my central air system!
