I just want to give the most massive shout out to Izzy's Service! The AC in our house had been out since Saturday and the temp inside the house reached about 90°. We called a fairly well known company in town and after waiting for 2 days they came out today and said there was nothing they could do to fix it right away and quoted us at about 4k. I called Izzys and the owner came out personally in about two hours, was so kind and helpful, and got it fixed and running by the time I got home from my meeting tonight. For a FRACTION of the cost the other company quoted us. On top of that he got us set up with a biannual check up plan to make sure the units are getting the maintenance they need and recommended a bunch of awesome people to help us with other things that need work around the house. Thank you so much Izzy’s!!! Definitely recommend to everyone ❤️

The heat exchanger went out earlier this year in my gas furnace. The company I had been using immediately quoted me $3000+ to replace it. They also recommended I just replace the whole system since it was all getting close to 10 years old. I posted this info on Facebook asking for advice and several friends recommended American. Glen thought it might be under warranty so he had me give him the serial number, sure enough it was. He quoted me a price to get it replaced and stuck to that price. Awesome customer service. Highly recommended Glen and his crew.

We have had glen and richie do everything from repairing a gas line to stove hookups to a complete furnace replacement. I have seen glens precision welding,so good that he is used as an expert consultant by architects and general contractors. If you need your AC repaired, this is the company to call(FIRST). My parents had a different company come out for an AC repair and were told they need a new system. I told them to call Custom Air, and they came out the next day and got the "old" system up and running. They gave my parents all the information regarding future repairs or replacement.

Custom Air does excellent work! After two after-hours (10 pm) service calls at their peak time to try and fix our failing AC, we concluded that it was beyond repair.
