When our A/C stopped cooling, Ron immediately came to our rescue on a very hot and humid day! He was very polite and skilled at what he was doing. It started to rain but he did not leave, he sat in his truck and waited for the rain to stop so he could finish the job. We got our A/C fixed and the price was very affordable. I just had an excellent experience with Halo Air & Home. Owner Mike and his son Tim were extremely professional with the installation of my 3 ton package unit. Mike came out to my house looked over the job and gave me a very competitive quote. Explained the warranties & his maintenance plan. I am extremely happy with the service provided by DC Air . Our A/C went out late at night during the week of 107 degrees temps in Dallas. i am 22 weeks pregnant and work from home. I reached out to these guys and got an immediate response at 10PM! Someone was able to come out to take look at our unit the very net day. We had several factors at this point . We needed a new compressor , but since we live in 4 unit town home with backyard facing the road and no back exit a crane was needed to brought in . The team came out and suggested alternatives to go through our neighbors yard, undo the fence , remove , remove the unit and replace it . This saved us hundreds ! Luckily for us we had planned trip and a day prior to returning , all the work was done and we had A/C again . I never really knew what an “Emergency AC Repair” meant until I needed one. We have a newborn baby, an elderly grandma, and new mom recovering from child birth in our home and on a blazing night, the AC stopped at 10PM. I submitted a chat message on the wicked cool website and instantly was contacted that a tech was on the way within the hour. He got to my house and had us fixed up before my house had even gotten all that hot. Andy and his crew at Wicked Cool Air Conditioning installed our new AC last year. Since then we have had both fall and spring AC maintenance checks. On our latest maintenance check, also had our very rusty 30 year+ disconnect box replaced with new breaker and surge protection to prevent condenser damage during severe Florida lightning storms in the summer. Some companies only care about the initial sale and are hard to get after that. Wicked Cool is not like that ... they are very professional and incredibly responsive in following up to make sure your AC experience continues to be a truly stress-free one. So we’re beginning our second year of being serviced by Wicked Cool with their maintenance agreement. We had scheduled service checks which gave a great deal of confidence our equipment was up to handling the high demand of high heat an unbearable humidity. We had an unexpected failure of a systems fan. Wicked was out the next morning, determined the problem, order the replace parts and installed a similar fan from a parts unit at their shop which kept us up and running. They also provided us the exact cost of the replacement costs. Great for allowing us to make certain we had the necessary funds available. I’m not sure how long it took to get the new parts because we had constant service. Our neighbors that didn’t have a maintenance agreement or Wicked Cooling as a supplier were forever getting their equipment up and running after hurricane Ian. They were forever getting service. Wicked Cool Maintenance Agreement has been great insurance.
