I can’t say enough great things about The Furnace Guy! I called them in a panic about 3pm, because I had just talked to my grandma and she told me she had no heat for two days. She has Alzheimer’s, so she didn’t say anything yesterday. She was freezing today. I told them I was desperate to have someone go over and fix it. I’m out of state, but I wanted her to at least have heat. I told them all of what was going on, and they said they could go after her appointment today after hours. I got a call from Bryon, and he told me he had already been to the house and fixed the problem! My Grandma got home, said her house was warm. When I called her, she said her body didn’t hurt from the cold. She kept saying thank you. That is EXCELLENT customer service! I can’t recommend The Furnace Guy enough. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

All I've got to say is it's 10pm at night on Monday and they're still here and will be here for another hour at least after my AC unit failed at 3pm this afternoon! In a HOT city like Houston you can't survive without air conditioning! I found them on Yelp less than 24 hours after Harvey destroyed my AC systems at my old house. Same as today, they fixed it that same day!!! They've never been mysterious about what's gone wrong during maintenance visits. They've always been prompt and on time and they have 24 hour service by the owner. He answers the phone himself on Sunday evenings if I've needed it. I simply would never trust anyone else! My family and I have been devoted customers since Harvey.
