Ian called immediately on Saturday, even before I was finished on Angi. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and quoted a repair price that was less than half of Angi's fixed price. Set the appointment for Monday morning. Hector arrived on time Monday morning and repaired my AC unit very quickly. Hector was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend AC Captain. Their 5-star rating is well deserved.

This company is incredible! Had another company that came out and wanted to charge us almost double, and charge for every little thing. One call to A/C Captain and their technician Hector was there that day! Other company tried to tell me it would take two weeks to get a compressor. My A/C quit working one evening, so I called Orion the next morning and the owner Jim came out that afternoon and checked my system out. But better than that, I had realized that the air handler blower was not working, so they had gone to the supplier and picked up both a new blower and control board because those were the 2 most likely culprits.

Orion quite literally saved the day! The day before we moved into our new house, our ac stopped working. Orion was able to come out the same day to assess the issue and quickly found that the evaporator motor was not functioning.

If I could give more stars to this company I would give them because they deserve it. I called Jose, the manager of the company because my air conditioner was not working because it was too old. He gave me a free estimate to install a new unit. Jose offered me different types of brands and their respective prices. The prices were reasonable so I decided to proceed with the installation. The next day the guys were already at my house to install the new air conditioning. They did a very professional and high quality job. I feel very happy with the work they did and I recommend this company 100% because they have good prices and are very honest. Thanks to Jose and his team.

I recently had a job done by JP. Communications was great. They called to confirm the appointment a day before and also let me they were gonna be a little late due to traffic. No problem, I know how traffic is down here. They gave me a very fair estimate for what it needs to be done and I had 4-5 different estimates. My AC is old like late 90s when the house was built. I had a leak so they did a diagnostic and my coils and tray was clogged and it needed to be clean. They didn't try to up sell me on a new unit even though I know that my unit's 20 years old and I know that it's time to get a new one soon. Anyway, they cut and took the coils out to my yard and cleaned it with chemicals. Rinsed, a couple of times and was ready. Welded the coiling unit back, recharged, checked my compressor, and cleaned the pipe. The job was done at a reasonable time. Maybe 1-1.5 hours. It's been about a month now and my old AC unit is running without any problems. AC in my house is cold, no leaks, and it's running great. I'll call these guys again if I have another job. I highly recommend them.
