We had our AC go out this past Saturday (July 4th weekend) and put in a request for emergency service. One of your contractors, Mateo B. (not listed above) came out and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. The AC is up and running and the house doesn't feel like the 9th level of hell. He did an excellent job in testing everything and solving our issue; thanks for providing your emergency services, as it was a life saver.

Devin came out on a high volume day (we'd just had a snowfall and sub-freezing temps). Our furnace was performing spottily, so we asked for a technician to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem, but said to call back if the problem persisted. It resurfaced, so we called and he came back and came up with a more satisfactory solution. It's been performing well since. He was very candid in his appraisal, and stuck with the job to come up with the satisfactory outcome. A very positive experience all around.

Although there is a bit of debacle with their phone system today once I requested a repair online things went very well. Crystal set me for an appointment the following morning which was acceptable. A short time later I was called back and informed a repairman was available to come to my house immediately. Once a repairman was on scene a very quick diagnoses and the repair was taken care of. After testing the unit thoroughly for any other issues the repair was complete. Very satisfied, I will recommend Gaggles to all that need heating repair!

We had an old, barely running oil furnace and an ancient A/C unit that didn't work, so decided to get a propane furnace (no natural gas available) and a new A/C. Living out of town and with such old units, we thought we'd have some challenges getting refrigerant and propane lines pulled. We got bids to replace both from several different HVAC providers. A competing bidder had a super complicated and expensive proposal with lines behind trim on the living room wall, but John's proposal was super simple and hid the lines completely. It was obvious he had a ton of experience. He was the most affordable. He was super pleasant and very easy to work with. It was a no brainer. We're very happy with our new setup!
