The technician performed the first seasonal check on my HVAC unit. The thermostat had been “going dark” intermittently and he figured out that it was an overheating issue causing it to shut off and not a thermostat problem. On Friday, Matt came out to take a look at our AC that wasn't working properly. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. He wasn't pushy and did exactly what we asked for. We ended up needing a new thermostat and a charge. Our AC wasn't keeping up with the temps. We have 2 Boston Terriers who can't be in the heat and every other place we called couldn't come out for 3 weeks. Total Energy came out within a week. Our AC works great now. Our AC unit went out at the end of June, I called around to a lot of places to see if I can get it repaired and came across Noble. Nick came out the same day I called (which was great due to the heat weave). He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong, unfortunately we would have to replace our unit. They allowed us to use their portable AC unit until the parts came in to install the AC which was very kind. Great company, would recommend to anyone looking for repair or replacement.
