We were referred to Bon Air by our car insurance agent and he did not steer us wrong! We needed to replace our entire unit for the first time ever since living in our home and the Bon Air team made the entire process so easy!Everyone from their General Manager, Paul, to their consultant, Cody Sims, were VERY communicative and incredibly patient in educating us when we had many questions. They gave us options to chose from, explained everything thoroughly, were accommodating to our schedules and most of all, despite Cody having to go on vacation, he made sure the team kept in constant contact with us so we were taken care of. The team who did the installation were great too! We also ran into a snag with technology when it came to financing, but Paul and Cody were on top of it to make sure everything was done.We cannot sing enough praises to this phenomenal team and will be referring them to anyone who needs AC/heating services!
