Mike did an excellent job in changing out my electrical panel box. It was like a piece of art compared to what he had to work with. Wires were twisted and just crammed in when he opened the panel. He definitely is an asset to the company.

Proair was fantastic. My boyfriend and I recently moved back to Lakeland from Colorado (where it's blessedly cool this time of year!). We decided to take up residence in a relative's house that had not been occupied for two years. Needless to say the air conditioner was completely out of freon, and was blowing hot, miserable air. After two days of suffering, I decided to call around. The first place I called didn't even answer, the second place was Proair, and I was greeted politely by Lori, who informed me of a $70 service charge that would be taken off my total bill should I have work done, and that she could have technicians out later the same day. Just to compare, I called a third place, who informed me of a $75, non refundable service charge, so naturally I went with Proair. As promised, the technicians, Tim and James arrived later in the afternoon, and were perfectly pleasant and professional. They checked for leaks, filled the freon, AND even knocked a little off the price since they had to fill the entire tank. I am currently writing this review from an ice-cold house one day later. We are happy campers!

My elderly Mother’s AC stopped working, I live out of state. Based on the reviews I read, I called Central. It was determined that her old system wasn’t worth repairing and we decided to replace it. Unbeknownst to Carlos, I verified his diagnosis of the old system and his estimate for a replacement with vendors I work with and they confirmed his pricing was fair. Everything was completed within 24 hrs! I believe they are an honest, “do what they say” kind of company and they deserve my review and gratitude.

Jeff was able to diagnose my issues and tell me exactly what the fixes were. He gave me a few options to help prolong my old unit but just like a bandaid it was going to be temporary so I opted to replace it all together. He was able to source a unit, which is a feat in of itself right now with how parts are and get it installed quickly.
