“We replaced our existing residential HVAC in September of 2019. I wanted to wait until we had some colder weather before posting a review. We are completely satisfied with our experience. Prior to deciding on the specific purchase, Randall met with me, answered a ton of questions, and then followed up (in writing) a series of estimates with different specs/price points to review. He then patiently answered a ton of follow up questions which enabled me to make a decision on what would be best for me. After deciding on a Lennox SL18XP1 with a multi-speed air handler and a really neat M30 Thermostat, then it was just a matter of scheduling...based upon my schedule. After scheduling the install...here is a really important part to me...they showed up on time, and did everything they said they would and then some. After a long day (they did it in 1!) Randall and Chris (the owners) made sure that my wife and I were comfortable the operating features on the thermostat and answered any other questions we had. It is now late December and we have had some colder weather...we are really happy with the operation and the choice we made.”
