Definitely NOT the “Get it right guys”. We had a new heating / ac system installed by Nevada Heating and when the power goes out the system shuts down and has to be restarted by them or me (I am 76 years old) by climbing into the attic to restart it. They have sent techs out here at least 4 times to fix the problem and charge us every time. I don’t know of any other company who would keep charging you for their inability to fix their own product defects and their employees inability to correct the problem. They definitely have not “gotten it right” or treated us right.

I was scheduled to have Cody Service my AC and Tankless Water Heater. He showed up on time with a smile on his face and gave a very positive first impression. My a/c was running nonstop but the air coming out of the vents wasn’t cold. Initially I figured it was caused by the 117° heat wave we were experiencing. A couple days later the problem got worse, so I called my home warranty company and they connected me to some random repair company. I was told they couldn’t come out to my home for five days. I made the appt. but wondered if I could survive for five days. It was 106° outside and 95°+ in my house. I started calling a/c companies figuring I would forgo my warranty company and just pay out of pocket. Company after company said no appointments were available. Many of them even advertised 24 hour emergency a/c repair but didn’t answer their phones. Then I called Bishop Air Service. That’s when everything changed. The person who answered the call was super friendly and helpful. She assured me they could help me either later that day or the next day. Within minutes I received a call from a repair tech. I was put on the schedule for the following morning. The showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed my a/c unit and I had ice cold air flowing again within about 15 minutes!
