They were knowledgeable, on time, pulled apart the furnace and explained the issue. They then quickly fixed it on the spot for a fair price. They are also going to come back for some other repairs that I’ve had bids on from other companies. Again, you can’t beat the value. It’s going to be really cold over the next week.
