Remove ice from the bin to clean and sanitize it. Clear all drains Clean or replace condenser coil filters. Test ice machine operation and sequence.

Starting at $250 Any amount of refrigeration equipment is no problem. 1-100 units, we have it handled. During the typical pm we will: Clean condenser and evap coils without coil cleaner to keep chemicals away from food. clear and treat drain system. Check all ops on the refrigeration equipment and give a full report and list of recommendations.

Starting at $85.00 Most kitchens *(+ materials) Replace belts Grease bearings Check amps and wiring. Does NOT include grease trap or duct cleaning. That is a different profession all together.

Grease fan and pump bearings. Replace or add gear fluid or belts at an additional charge for material. Roof location tower $850 Exact same service as the ground located tower but usually involves more labor to complete.

Any brand Gas or Electric Add your pool heater to your A/C pm agreement $45 We will clean up your pool heater and check it’s operations during your scheduled A/C pm visit and give you a report on any findings.
