“Our oven stopped working 2 days before Christmas. Fortunately, we called Prime Appliance service and talked to Adam. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately, but the part that needed to be replaced was not available locally. He found another supplier out of state and had the part shipped overnight. He repaired the oven the following morning and performed additional tests to make sure that everything was working properly. He is very professional, knowledgeable and also truly a gentleman.
