I thought I'd let you know it the Cold climate heat pump lives up to it's name. We've had a lot of subzero weather this year and even had another 23 below this morning and our house is still nice and toasty. It's amazing. Who would have thought that cold subzero air could heat your house? It's such a warm heat too, it just sort of envelopes you in heat instead of blasting it on you periodically like our baseboard heat did. Thank you and Red Rock Mechanical!

I wanted to drop you a note to say how well satisfied I was with the installation that Cory and Derrick performed on my new Trane XV95 Furnace with the Variable-Speed motor and Comfort-R along with the Aprilaire attachment for air cleaning.Cory was very helpful in explaining the new thermostat and the furnace's operations. He and Derrick did a super job of removing the old furnace and all the modifications of the air intake and exhaust along with cleaning up along with all the work of installing the furnace. They both were very professional and I'm very pleased with the furnace. The 97% efficiency will be helpful on the gas bills and I sense that Doug with your suggestions I have made a very good investment and appreciate your guiding me to a furnace that fits my needs.

The appointment was scheduled. Brandon showed up well within the estimated time given. He was competent, professional, and personable as he dealt with the current issues. He also pointed out areas that will need attention in the near future without being pushy. A pleasure dealing with this company – kudos to both the owners and to Brandon. I will sing their praises to friend and foe alike. I can’t comment about the cost of this service and I have not gotten an itemized bill.
