Mike is my sole "AC go to man", he is experienced, kind, honest and very proficient. His rates are very reasonable and he is always there to help. When my AC broke, Mike was right there to help and get it back going. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needed AC work done or other big projects.

There are so many wonderful things I want to say about Michael Griffiths. I have had the pleasure of having my AC unit fixed by him for many years. No matter what the problem is, it always got fixed, but one story I would share… "one afternoon after coming home from work in the hot summer and I walked in, and my AC was blowing hot air. I called Michael and explained…. how hot the house was, and I asked how early the following day could he make it. His response was" I don't want your daughter to sleep in that heat tonight so I am on my way". He is beyond fair with his prices and he stands by his work, I cannot say enough about him in the last 17 years, he is the only person my husband and I would allow to work on my AC.

It’s a rare day that I don’t mind paying a repairman or contractor for fixing something around the house. I can honestly say that paying Lake City Air Conditioning for taking care of an issue with my air conditioner did not hurt at all. I thought I had the know how to change a heater/a-c thermostat. But when l encountered trouble I called Home Advisor and they in turn sent Lake City to my rescue. They arrived in an hour and Keith found the problem. Someone had re-wired the entire system heat and a/c incorrectly at the units in the attic. He straightened out the whole mess within a couple of hours. Now the system works when l want it to. This company was on time, clean & knowledgeable.
