I was without air conditioning for two days, I called One Hour Air conditioning and they were there at my home when they said they were going to be there I had to I have two dogs. I’m all alone and was getting very sick and did not know what to do to fix my air conditioning. Everybody was very nice and very helpful and we ended up having to put in a new air conditioning unit, they were very helpful with finding me financing so I could have the work done. They also did the work in a very timely manner that next day everything was done very pleased I would recommend air conditioning to anyone who needed help. Thank you againOne Hour Air conditioning you saved me a whole lot more trouble than you know thanks to all the staff. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Tony was very very helpful. I wouldn’t know what to do if he hadn’t come over and talk to me and treated me like a human being. It was much easier for me to get things done after he was at my house. My air conditioner went out at my house during heat wave, I called around and all company's were at least 2 weeks out, 1 appointment didn't show up after a 2 week prior appointment. I called Williams heating and cooling and talked to Chris, he got me an appt within 2 days only because the next day was the 4th of July. He sent a tech out named Thomas, this gentleman not only was very professional he explained everything he was doing to me, My ac went out again due to a wire ing issue on my part,, I called chris again at 8pm and he not only answered, he assured me not to worry they will fix it. he sent a tech (thomas) out that next morning at 8am, not only was Thomas on time he stayed for 3 hrs and went under my crawl space and fixed my wires at no charge. this gentleman was not only dedicated to my system until it was totally fixed, but didn't even charge me again. I'm a 56 year old and dealt with business my whole life and was very fortunate to have Thomas come over again. My unit is running again and Thomas and chris (the owner) went way far and beyond to repair my unit. I'm a very pleased customer. I can't say enough about how well they treated and took care of me. This is the company you need to call as customer service and employee services were outstanding. 5 stars is not enough, I give 10.

We always receive prompt service and no hard upsells. They are a very reliable and trustworthy business. Once we had someone come out to fix our furnace and were told we needed a new paert which would cost $1500 so we got a second bid from Air Handlers. Guess what. It was a faulty wire and the cost was $479 for a complete check up (service, replacement parts and filter). A year and a half later our furnace and heat pump are still in perfect condition.
